Larson Maddox is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Manager to support large-scale infrastructure, energy, and data center projects. You will advise business teams, manage contractual risk, and drive successful project delivery across major capital programs in a fast-paced, international environment.

The role requires a law degree with 10+ years in a contract-focused legal or commercial setting, strong negotiation and risk assessment abilities, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor or equivalent legal qualification.
• 10+ years of experience in law firms, corporate legal, contract management, or major projects.
• Proven track record supporting large-scale infrastructure, utilities, energy, or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of EPC/EPCM contracts and complex project agreements.
• Fluent English; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Identify contractual and commercial risks across major infrastructure and engineering projects and develop practical mitigation strategies.
• Advise project teams through bid preparation, tender reviews, contract negotiations, project execution, and dispute resolution.
• Draft, review, and negotiate EPC, EPCM, framework, JV, procurement and settlement agreements, and financial instruments.
• Support contract strategy and risk management during competitive tender processes.
• Collaborate with project management, procurement, engineering, finance, and commercial teams to align obligations and objectives.
• Promote dispute avoidance and assist with claims management and resolution strategies.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and ethical standards.
• Advise on competition law, anti-bribery, and broader compliance matters.
• Participate in risk reviews and executive reporting; communicate legal/commercial risks clearly.
• Collaborate with legal and commercial teams across regions and jurisdictions.
