Job summary

SeaWorld is hiring a Senior Contracts Manager for Design & Engineering to lead the contracting process for creative development, architectural design, construction, and related activities supporting new attractions and entertainment.

The role partners with Legal, Finance, and Project Delivery to ensure alignment with project objectives, manage risk, and drive procurement deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, preferably related to technical (engineering, architectural, construction management, project management), or business administration
• Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM

Responsibilities

• Author comprehensive scopes of work that minimize scope gaps and exposure to claims
• Manage the RFP process and remove obstacles to selecting and issuing a contract to suppliers
• Participate in negotiating final contracts
• Coordinate internal legal review and advise on risk
• Ensure contracts define scope, deliverables, schedules, fees, and key terms
• Develop and maintain contract templates, standards, and processes
