SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is seeking a Project Manager, Design & Engineering (Construction) to lead capital improvement projects at the Orlando park. You will manage scopes, budgets, and schedules while coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, and internal partners to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate brings experience managing multiple construction projects in a busy entertainment environment, with strong communication and stakeholder management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of project management or construction management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects in commercial, hospitality, or entertainment settings.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute capital improvement projects across the park.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and safety compliance throughout project lifecycle.
• Communicate status and risks to stakeholders and leadership.
