United Parks & Resorts is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager for Design & Engineering to own the contracting lifecycle across creative development, architecture, construction, ride engineering, and related disciplines. You will lead scope development, guide the procurement process, and coordinate with Legal and Finance to keep programs on track.

The role requires extensive contract expertise in fast-paced environments, with responsibility for risk management, vendor performance, and formalizing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, architecture, construction management, project management or business administration.
• CCCM or CPCM certification preferred.
• 8+ years of professional experience in contract management.
• Experience in themed entertainment, construction, museum, or hospitality sectors preferred.
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office; SAP intermediate proficiency preferred.

Responsabilités

• Author comprehensive scopes of work to minimize scope gaps and claims risk.
• Lead RFP processes and vendor negotiations.
• Develop conformed bid tabulations for evaluations and decision support.
• Ensure contracts define scope, deliverables, schedules, fees, payment terms, IP rights, insurance, and indemnities.
• Coordinate with Legal for contract review and risk assessment.
• Advise project managers on contract risks and mitigations; align with forecasts and budgets.
• Maintain contract templates, standards, and a centralized document system.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders.
