Job summary

Raytheon Tucson is seeking an Associate Director, Contracts for the AE&S Contracts organization to lead a team of contracts professionals in support of major development efforts and competitive pursuits.

Role requires active Top Secret clearance, DoD contracting experience, and a leadership track record in a fast-paced environment. Onsite role in Tucson, AZ with potential relocation and sign-on benefits.

Qualifications

• Typically requires bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field with 12 years of experience, or advanced degree with 10 years.
• Experience with U.S. Government contracts under FAR/DFARS and related regulations.
• Active and transferable U.S. Government Top Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible leadership and collaboration with program and functional leaders for program success.
• Guide and mentor team on proposal and negotiation, contract execution and support.
• Review Estimates at Completion and support program management reviews.
• Ensure work follows company processes and policies and escalate issues as needed.
