Job summary

System One is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator in Bellevue, WA for a contract role. The position focuses on subcontract management, supplier development, and rigorous procurement processes to support large projects.

Responsibilities include negotiating subcontracts, issuing RFPs/RFQs/EOIs, and ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining compliant records. A strong background in FAR/2 CFR standards and excellent communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 6+ years of Purchasing/Procurement/Subcontract/Contract Management experience.
• Experience executing subcontracts under FAR and/or 2 CFR 200 Procurement Standards.
• Experience handling export-controlled information.
• Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform sourcing, evaluating, price reasonableness, negotiating, subcontract administration, and closeouts under supervision.
• Develop new suppliers to enhance project success and minimize risks.
• Initiate and manage complex subcontracts from pre-award to post-award focusing on performance, change control, quality, cost and schedule.
• Prepare and manage RFPs, RFQs, and EOIs.
• Review Statements of Work for clarity and no ambiguity for potential suppliers.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal/external customers and suppliers.
• Perform market research to identify potential sources for competitive bidding.
• Negotiate pricing and other terms with suppliers.
• Issue subcontracts and monitor progress for on-time delivery.
• Verify receipt of items or services and approve payments.
• Maintain procurement files and records.
• Perform subcontract closeouts in a timely manner.
• Perform other procurement or contracting duties as assigned.
