Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Contracts Administrator to manage assigned contracts of moderate scope. You will define requirements, review bids, negotiate terms, and monitor performance to ensure compliance with contract obligations.

You will interact with internal teams and customers, contributing to proposals and demand planning as needed. The role reports to the Contracts Manager and requires strong analytical, regulatory, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline; NCMA/IACCM certification preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in contract administration or related field.
• Knowledge of contract administration principles, regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Administers moderately complex contracts by analyzing performance requirements and PO requirements.
• Determines compliant proposal packages and evaluates costs of material, equipment, and labor hours; reviews terms.
• Initiates bid process and develops responses to moderately complex RFPs.
• Negotiates contracts within policy; ensures terms and conditions conform to company policy.
• Acts as customer contact on assigned contracts and supports export compliance.
