Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Contracts Manager, Lead to capture, implement, and manage a range of proposals and contracts with a focus on complex technical solutions in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and mission system modernization.

You will guide product delivery and sales teams through the full opportunity lifecycle, providing strategic contracting support and leveraging FAR/DFARS compliance, while partnering with Legal, Finance, Product Management, Sales and Engineering Delivery

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with contract administration and negotiation
• 3+ years negotiating emerging technologies, including systems development, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity solutions, product negotiations, intellectual property protection, and commercial warranties
• Experience in negotiating contracts with industry partners, including non-disclosure agreements, partnership agreements, and channel partner relationships
• Experience in evaluating, negotiating, and executing commercially based U.S. Government contracts for the development and sale of products and technical solutions
• Experience in evaluating, negotiating, and executing commercial contracts
• Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, Federal agency procurement processes, and Federal contract types such as FFP, OTA, or GWACs
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic contracting support grounded in FAR, DFARS, and agency procurement standards.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Product Management, Sales and Engineering Delivery teams to facilitate compliant deal execution.
