Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with contract administration, negotiations, and proposal preparation with U.S. Government clients.
• Experience with multiple contract types: fixed-price, time and material, cost reimbursable.
• Experience negotiating teaming, non-disclosure, and subcontract agreements from the subcontractor role.
• Experience with Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) terms and mitigation plans.
• Experience reviewing terms and conditions and statements of work for risk and mitigation per company policies.

Responsibilities

• Review solicitations for risk and mitigation opportunities.
• Guide proposal strategies and advise leadership on risk mitigation.
• Provide full lifecycle contract support: terms, negotiations, and execution.
• Manage relationships with client counterparts to accomplish business goals.
• Monitor performance, compliance, and governance for assigned contracts.
