Job summary

Universal Orlando is seeking a Senior Manager for Architecture & Engineering Design within Creative Studio. You will direct coordination of design teams and external vendors, ensuring design intent is met and projects transition smoothly to development teams.

The role requires 9+ years in entertainment/hospitality project management, with a preference for theme park experience and a professional license in architecture or engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management is required or equivalent.
• 9+ years managing and developing Entertainment or Hospitality projects (theme parks, hotels, etc.). Preference for theme park knowledge.
• Professional license in architecture and/or engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs coordination between design teams and Architecture & Engineering vendors to convey design intent and ensure completeness for transition to development.
• Identify, develop and define FOH/BOH program requirements through interface with business, operations and creative teams.
• Manage scope of A&E vendor RFPs, clarifications, proposals, and vendor agreement changes.
• Review weekly/monthly progress to address trends and changes across projects.
• Promote best-in-class culture, collaboration, adaptability, and DE&I alignment in corporate culture.
• Adhere to Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities as per policy and training.
