Universal Orlando Resort is seeking a contracts professional to draft, review, and process all ride and show contracts, ensuring alignment with policies and project milestones. You will collaborate with legal, sourcing, and planning teams, maintain documentation, and manage contract approvals and payments.

The role requires a strong writing background, 5+ years in technical maintenance contracts, and a related technical degree. On-site position in Orlando, FL with growth opportunities.

Formación

• 5+ years’ experience drafting, reviewing, and processing technical maintenance contracts.
• Strong writing skills and ability to interpret complex technical documents.
• Bachelor's degree in a related or technical field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, edit and process all R&S contracts and related documents.
• Ensure compliance with policies and review scope of work, milestones, and payment schedules.
• Coordinate with legal, sourcing, and ride planners for approvals and stakeholder communication.
• Archive contract documents and issue regular contract status reports.
