Responsibilities

• Lead and manage highly complex financing transactions from opportunity review to closing and funding.
• Negotiate and finalize legal documentation with customers, external counsel, and financing institutions.
• Mentor Contract Managers and Account Managers on structuring, documentation, and risk.
• Partner with Sales, Capital Markets, Credit, Legal, Tax, and other stakeholders to develop transaction structures.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for complex transaction structures including syndicated and multi-investor deals.
