Confidential Employer in New York seeks an experienced finance transactions attorney to manage structuring, negotiation, documentation, and closing of sophisticated middle-market financings. You will represent lenders and borrowers, work directly with clients, and take ownership of matters from start to finish.

You will supervise junior associates, collaborate with colleagues across offices, and contribute to a collegial working culture with strong professional development and client-exposure

Qualifikationen

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• 5+ years of finance transactional experience.
• Active law license in the state where the attorney will be based.
• Significant experience structuring, documenting, and closing financing transactions.
• Experience with private equity acquisition financing, senior debt, mezzanine debt, or leveraged finance is preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Permanent authorization to work in the United States.

Note:Candidates should have 5+ years of finance transactional experience and an active law license in the state where they will be based. Significant experience structuring, documenting, and closing financing transactions is strongly preferred, particularly transactions involving private equity acquisitions, senior debt, mezzanine debt, and both lender- and borrower-side representation.
