DEPT OF TRANSPORTATION in Arizona is seeking a Contracts Management Specialist 3 to serve as a Joint Project Agreement writer, facilitator, negotiator, and coordinator for the Joint Project Administration Group within the Infrastructure Delivery and Operations Division. You will prepare and process assigned agreements in accordance with ARS 11-952 and manage multi-million dollar contracts.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Federal and State regulations, laws and contract terminology.
• Experience administering contracts and development of agreements.
• Strong organization and administrative services.
• Knowledge of Google Suite programs.

Responsibilities

• Read and negotiate contracts and amendments between agencies.
• Prepare and execute all types of agreements per required processes.
• Coordinate with agencies, external entities, and attorneys for compliance.
• Maintain project data, monitor status, and support delivery.
