Job summary

Responsibilities

Independently review, structure, draft, negotiate and advise on a wide range of contracts and transactions; ensure templates reflect policy.
Provide mentoring and strategy support to junior attorneys and staff.
Oversee contract negotiations, drafting, and final review for deadlines and regulatory compliance.
Partner with internal teams on business and legal risks for transactions and relationships.
Lead internal client meetings and provide guidance on risks to teams.
Interpret laws and policies affecting contracting and procurement compliance.
Develop contracting protocols, templates, playbooks, and training materials.
Research changes in laws and policies and report trends.
Create internal communications aligning contracts with guidance documents.
Perform other duties as assigned.
