Dagen is seeking a Contracts & Commercial Manager to support its U.S. operations in the energy sector. The role partners with Operations, Sales, Finance, and senior leadership to protect margins and drive compliant commercial outcomes.

We value a commercially minded contracts professional who can identify and mitigate risk while guiding teams through lifecycle stages, from RFPs to contract close-out.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law, business, finance, engineering, construction, supply chain or equivalent.
• 10+ years in contracts, commercial management, procurement or related field.
• Strong negotiation and risk management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract negotiations with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and GC.
• Manage full contract lifecycle from RFP through renewal and close-out.
• Review contracts for commercial, operational, financial, and legal risks.
• Support large projects and commercial transactions.
• Develop and improve contract management processes, templates, and governance.
• Provide training on contracts, risk, and approvals.
