Everllence Benelux in Houston, Texas is seeking a Senior Contract & Claim Manager to lead contract administration, claims management, commercial risk management, and strategic contract support for complex energy, power generation, and industrial projects across the Americas.

You will advise project teams and leadership, drive negotiation of terms and change orders, manage documentation, monitor risk, and help maximize project profitability while maintaining compliance and safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in a related discipline is required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in contract management, claims management, or related fields.
• Experience supporting large-scale energy, EPC, industrial, infrastructure, or construction projects.
• Experience negotiating high-value customer and supplier agreements.

Aufgaben

• Lead the full contract lifecycle from project award through closeout.
• Review and administer customer, subcontract, and supplier contracts and commercial terms.
• Lead preparation, negotiation, and resolution of contractual claims and change orders.
• Develop mitigation strategies to protect project profitability and limit risk.
• Maintain comprehensive contract documentation and records.
