Job summary

Tri Star Sports and Entertainment Group is seeking a senior Contracts/Business Affairs leader in West Hollywood to develop, review, and negotiate complex agreements, ensuring alignment with firm policies and client goals.

You will partner with the CEO and outside counsel, lead contract strategy, and guide a team to deliver high-quality, risk-adjusted documents while fostering client relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years working in legal and business affairs.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to California or Florida Bar.

Responsibilities

• Develop and assess contracts on service agreements, NDAs, terms and conditions, real estate transactions, and all other contracts relevant to business operations.
• Ensure consistency of contract terms with Tri Star’s best practices, policies and business goals.
• Serve as the key contact for the firm.
• Expedite and review contracts from client attorneys, business managers, production companies and all other contractual agreements.
• Work with the CEO and outside counsel to develop contract strategies.
• Endorse contracts prior to submission to the CEO for approval and processing by Business Management.
• Act as a strategic partner on the Executive Leadership team and coach and develop the team to meet performance metrics.
