Netris, Inc. invites an experienced Contracts Manager to shape the contracts function and lead commercial agreements for AI cloud networking.

You will report to the Fractional Head of Legal and partner with senior leaders to design systems, tools, and playbooks, while working closely with outside counsel on complex or non-standard matters. This role emphasizes speed, high-volume deal velocity, and stakeholder training.

Competenze

• Five+ years negotiating and drafting commercial agreements in the enterprise software or technology industry.
• Hands‑on experience implementing AI‑powered legal workflows and tools.
• Legal operations experience: CLM implementation, playbook development, workflows.

Mansioni

• Negotiate and draft software license agreements and related GTM agreements with enterprise customers.
• Negotiate and manage channel partner, authorized reseller, and distributor agreements.
• Draft and negotiate vendor, procurement, and service agreements; coordinate with outside counsel on escalated matters.
• Implement and own contract management infrastructure and AI-powered legal technology methods.
• Design and own contracts intake, routing, and approval workflows; track renewals and obligations.
