Job summary

Stryker’s Contract Management team is seeking a qualified professional to support procurement agreements through drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and legal colleagues to drive efficient contracting, manage risk, and improve lifecycle processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in contract management, contract negotiation, procurement, legal operations, or supply chain.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, redlining, and negotiating procurement contracts, procurement agreements, and SOWs.
• Experience working with CLM systems and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements, including equipment purchase, lease, service, development, and SOWs.
• Advise business partners on contract terms, policies, and contracting processes to support timely decisions.
• Identify risks and recommend mitigations; escalate for legal review when needed.
• Negotiate contract terms directly with suppliers while protecting company interests.
• Track contract activities and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Serve as SME for assigned contract categories and manage review requests.
• Develop and deliver training programs on contract management topics.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to contract processes and CLM systems.
