Job summary

Stryker is seeking an experienced contracts professional to support our procurement and contract management operations. You will draft, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of commercial agreements and statements of work, partnering with internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive timely decisions and mitigate risk.

The role emphasizes process improvements, data analytics, and training delivery across contract lifecycle management, IT procurement, and strategic supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years in contract management, procurement, or related fields.
• Experience drafting, redlining, negotiating procurement contracts and SOWs.
• Familiar with CLM systems and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements and SOWs.
• Advise partners on terms, policies, and contracting processes.
• Identify risks and escalate for legal review when needed.
• Negotiate terms with suppliers while protecting company interests.
• Track activities, maintain records, provide status updates.
• Serve as subject matter expert for contract categories.
• Develop and deliver training on contract management topics.
• Lead improvements in contract processes, analytics, and templates.
