Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Lead Analyst in Legal Contracts to support contract drafting, review, negotiation, and lifecycle management. The role partners with internal teams, suppliers, and legal professionals to mitigate risk and improve contracting processes while handling equipment, service, development, and SOWs.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of related experience, proficiency with contract lifecycle systems, and strong collaboration skills in a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of experience in contract management, negotiation, procurement, legal operations, or related field.
• Experience drafting and negotiating procurement contracts and statements of work.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management systems and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements including equipment purchase, leases, service, development, and statements of work.
• Advise partners on contract terms, policies, and processes to support timely decisions.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies; escalate for legal review when needed.
• Negotiate terms with suppliers to protect company interests and maintain relationships.
• Track activities and provide status updates to stakeholders for timely execution.
• Lead training and develop templates, playbooks, and lifecycle management processes.
