Job summary

MANIFEST Solutions is seeking a Contract Analyst for an onsite role in Columbus, OH. The position requires negotiating, drafting and administering complex contracts, with close collaboration across Legal, project controls, construction, and finance teams.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field and a minimum of 8 years’ experience in contracting. Advanced degrees and 12+ years in contract administration are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience applying contracting principles to projects.
• Preferred 12+ years in contract/procurement for engineering/construction.
• Experience negotiating contracts for services, construction, engineering, materials, and equipment installation.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft and administer contracts from moderate to highly complex scopes.
• Ensure compliance with statutes, regulations, policies and obligations.
• Report on contract health and participate in contracting strategy development.
• Coordinate with project controls, legal, management and suppliers across disciplines.
• Prepare and manage records, reports and documents for contract administration.
• Provide analytical support to project management and senior leaders.
