Job summary

ENGIE North America is seeking a Senior Contracts Analyst to manage contracts for campus energy distribution capital improvement projects on the Georgetown University campus, including chilled water, heating hot water, steam, and power networks.

You will drive the RFP process with Project Managers, analyze bids, and prepare final contract and award documentation in compliance with policies. Travel up to 20% and a hybrid work arrangement are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in contract development and/or contract administration, including an understanding of procurement procedures.
• Experience with construction contracts and project execution.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Drive the RFP process with Project Managers to develop solicitation documentation, including scopes of work and pricing templates.
• Analyze proposals for awards to identify potential risks and work with bidders to mitigate them.
• Prepare final contract and associated award documentation in compliance with procurement policies, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.
• Provide support during the execution of contracts working closely with Project Managers to monitor contract performance, ensure invoice compliance, and address issues.
• Review Change Order requests with Project Managers and prepare final Change Order packages for signatures.
• Provide support, strategy, and resolution on contractual claims and disputes, liaising with all project stakeholders.
• Maintain a structured record of all communications and legal documents including lien waivers and bonds.
