You will lead complex client contract negotiations and provide strategic legal advice to RRD management in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment. The role requires strong drafting and negotiation skills, deep knowledge of commercial agreements, data privacy, and regulatory compliance, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Strong JD and bar admission in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years drafting/negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Excellent written, verbal, and drafting skills for executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Structure, draft, negotiate, and analyze complex client and vendor agreements.
• Advise on data privacy, information security, regulatory compliance, and emerging tech.
