Job summary

The Idaho Cleanup Project is seeking a Contractor Assurance System Manager to lead CAS compliance at the RWMC site. You will manage and oversee the CAS program per DOE Orders, ensuring readiness reviews and independent project assessments are conducted effectively.

The role requires guiding the PEB staff, developing internal compliance programs, and delivering metrics to drive continuous improvement, while coordinating with facility management and executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with ≥7 years of experience, or equivalent.
• DOE contract experience with DOE Order 226.1 B is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required for Idaho National Laboratory site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Contractor Assurance (CAS) program per DOE Orders and Oversight policies.
• Manage and provide oversight to the Project Evaluation Board (PEB) staff and program.
• Develop and maintain internal programs to assure compliance with DOE Orders and measure CAS performance.
• Interface with facility management, executive leadership, and other support staff to drive continuous improvement.
