Job summary

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and/or draft funded contracts, agreements, subcontracts and amendments with industry and non-industry partners/ sponsors as well as unfunded sponsored project agreements.
• Review the scope of work or protocol and compliance considerations to appropriately draft and/or review funding mechanism accurately.
• Assist in risk assessments for contracts/subcontracts, consulting with PIs and department staff and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
