Qualifications

• Ability to interpret CFR/FAR and related laws.
• Experience in contract drafting and negotiations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft sponsored project agreements using university templates.
• Review and negotiate external sponsors’ agreements.
• Identify non-conforming language and negotiate modifications.
• Provide guidance to university clients on proposals and terms.
