Job summary

Deluxe Corporation in Minnesota is seeking a Manager in Contracting to lead day-to-day contracting for assigned business units, including contract drafting, redlines, RFP/RFI support, and staff supervision.

You will collaborate with Legal, Sales, Finance, Product, Operations, Compliance, InfoSec, Contract Administration and Contract Implementation to support revenue execution while protecting Deluxe’s interests.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Legal, Business or related field with 7 years of drafting, redlining, negotiating, RFP support, contract operations and staff supervision.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
HS/GED with 9 years of drafting, redlining, negotiating, RFP support, contract operations and staff supervision.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day contracting support for assigned Deluxe units, including contract drafting, redlines, and RFP/RFI support.
Manage assigned contracting staff, coaching, escalation support, and performance feedback.
Coordinate with Legal, Sales, Finance, Product, Operations, Compliance, InfoSec, Contract Administration and Contract Implementation to protect Deluxe’s interests.
Own and improve contract playbooks, templates, and approval paths for assigned units.
Ensure deals are routed properly, prioritized, and moving at required speed with appropriate risk controls.
