Deluxe Corporation is seeking a Manager in Contracting to lead day-to-day contracting activities for assigned business units, including drafting, redlines, and negotiation support. You will supervise contracting staff and coordinate with Legal, Sales, Finance to protect the company’s interests.

The role emphasizes speed, quality, risk awareness, and accurate approvals, with compensation and benefits aligned to market norms. A strong background in contract operations is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Legal/Business and 7 years drafting and negotiating contracts.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred: JD, MBA, paralegal cert or contract management cert.
• 10+ years negotiating commercial or regulated agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day contracting for assigned units.
• Draft, redline, negotiate, and review agreements.
• Support RFP/RFI process and assess contractual risk.
• Develop and improve contract playbooks, templates, and escalation rules.
• Coordinate with Legal, Sales, Finance and other teams to finalize approvals.
