Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–10 years Contract Surety underwriting experience.
• 5+ years driving agency relationships resulting in profitable new business.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, solicit, and underwrite new Contract Surety accounts.
• Manage agency meetings and general workflow.
• Apply Surety strategies and data to risk decisions.
• Coordinate with internal/external resources on moderately complex risks.
