Job summary

Meta seeks a highly engaged IDC Contract Manager to join the Infrastructure Data Center team. You will partner with multiple teams to gather technical scope, operational and financial information to maximize contract value and reduce risk to IDC and Meta.

The role requires procurement and contract development experience, deal strategy, legal and pricing negotiations, and the ability to explain complex terms to technical and non-technical stakeholders while driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, contract management and supply chain operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a degree in supply chain, accounting, legal studies, business administration, English, engineering, or construction administration.

Responsibilities

• Support the overall contract management function, including deal-to-contract intake and contract drafting.
• Partner with business leads to navigate complex operations and spend initiatives with significant spend and risk.
• Drive cross-functional contracts risk and cost containment efforts.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure constructive interactions representing contracting issues to business partners.
• Coordinate and drive resolution to key business issues with legal, risk management, and business leads.
• Ensure signed contracts are complete and clearly communicated to all relevant parties.
