ASI Government is seeking a Contract Specialist III, Senior Consultant to lead cradle-to-grave acquisition support for HHS OAMS, including complex and high-visibility procurements. The role requires deep knowledge of the FAR, strong communication, and the ability to work independently with senior stakeholders.

• 8+ years of federal acquisition experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Provide full lifecycle acquisition support, including planning, solicitation, evaluation, award, and post-award administration.
• Draft and review acquisition documentation in accordance with FAR and HHS policies.
• Maintain contract files in eFile and ensure compliance with OAMS SOPDs.
• Support complex source selection strategies and contract types (T&M, cost-type, GWACs, MACs).
• Collaborate with Contracting Officers, CORs, and program stakeholders.
• Redirect inquiries to federal staff as appropriate.
