ASI is seeking a Mid-Level Contract Specialist/Administrator II to support the Federal Transit Administration's Office of Acquisition Management. The specialist will provide hands‑on acquisition support across multiple stages of the procurement lifecycle, including acquisition planning, market research, solicitation development, evaluation, award, contract administration, modification, and closeout.
The strongest candidate will combine practical federal acquisition experience with strong analytical, writing, organizational, and customer‑service skills. The individual should be comfortable managing assigned acquisition actions with limited guidance while knowing when to elevate complex contractual issues to senior acquisition personnel.
