Job summary

Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) in Houston seeks a Manager V to lead CCPM Billing and PMT contract oversight. You will supervise staff, develop performance standards, and ensure compliance across complex contracts.

The role emphasizes collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, fiscal oversight, and policy interpretation. Telework may be available; requires travel up to 50% and state-wide coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services, business, or legal field with four years’ work experience.
• Minimum of two years in supervisory, management, or lead position.
• Experience with Home and Community-based Services and Texas Home Living Waiver Programs; policy experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities of staff for contract monitoring of large, high-dollar contracts.
• Oversee preparation of reports to internal and external parties; monitor budgets and payments.
• Lead contract oversight using onsite and desk reviews; set goals and standards.
• Manage operations of contract and programmatic compliance.
• Provide technical assistance and may represent the department at meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned to maintain operations.
