Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Support Services is seeking a Manager of Contract Administration to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Contract Administration team across our gaming properties and related units.

Reporting to the Director of Contract Administration, you will supervise workflow, ensure contract compliance, and coordinate with Legal, Risk, Finance, Procurement, Human Resources, and other stakeholders to deliver timely contract processing and reporting.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 5+ years in contract administration or related fields.
• Experience reviewing, negotiating, drafting, and administering contracts.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational workflow of Contract Administration team.
• Review, analyze, and process various contracts for compliance.
• Negotiate revisions to contracts to meet standards.
• Monitor contract matters through lifecycle across departments.
• Act as primary escalation point for issues and bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with Legal, Risk, Finance, Procurement and others throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for the team.
• Prepare contract activity reports and KPIs for management.
