Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience or equivalent.
• Master's Degree and 3+ years of experience or equivalent.
• PhD or JD with equivalent education/experience.
• Strong leadership, project management, and problem solving.
• Must meet educational requirements prior to employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and finalize research contracts and agreements.
• Negotiate, obtain approval for, close, and administer sponsored contracts.
• Manage diverse agreements including CRADAs and SPPs.
• Coordinate with technical staff on contracting parameters.
• Train staff and resolve contract-related issues with DOE liaison.
