AG1 is seeking a Senior Manager, Contract Manufacturing to lead contract manufacturing performance across formats (beverages, gummies and powders) and scale AG1’s network. Reporting to the VP, Manufacturing, you will partner with manufacturers to strengthen quality, capacity and cost, and work with Product Development, Quality and Supply Chain to bring new products to market.

Qualificações

• Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management preferred.
• 8+ years with third-party contract manufacturers and leadership in manufacturing.
• Experience in consumer goods manufacturing and supplier management.
• Hands-on with ready-to-drink, gummies or softgel formats; familiarity with all three is strongly preferred.
• Ability to diagnose production issues and drive cross-functional improvements with partners.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day performance of contract manufacturers across form factors and products, ensuring quality, service, cost and timelines.
• Monitor production plans, capacity and shipment readiness; address supply risks during peak demand.
• Partner with Quality to uphold specs and compliance; support inspections and issue resolution.
• Investigate production variations, determine root causes and drive corrective actions with partners.
• Support product development and commercialization by translating requirements into repeatable processes.
• Transfer and scale manufacturing processes across partners while maintaining consistency.
• Identify improvements to yield, efficiency, cost and reliability; balance savings with quality.
• Support supplier negotiations and manage partner relationships; conduct business reviews.
• Track key manufacturing metrics and use data to close gaps and improve performance.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Product Development, Quality, Finance, Marketing and Customer Experience on launches.
• Maintain knowledge of regulations, industry practices and capabilities across formats.
• Promote clear communication and a culture of accountability for quality.
