Job summary

AG1 is seeking a Senior Manager, Contract Manufacturing to lead the contract manufacturing network across beverage, gummy, and powder formats. You will oversee production execution, partner with manufacturers to improve quality, capacity and cost, and collaborate with Product Development, Quality and Supply Chain to bring new products to market.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with third-party contract manufacturers in a leadership role.
• Experience in consumer goods manufacturing and knowledge of production processes and vendor management.
• Hands-on experience with ready-to-drink, gummy or softgel formats; familiarity with all three formats preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day performance of contract manufacturers across formats, ensuring quality, service, cost and timelines.
• Monitor production plans, capacity, shipment readiness and mitigate supply risks during peak demand.
• Collaborate with Quality to uphold specifications, standards and compliance; support inspections and issue resolution.
• Drive root-cause analysis for production or product variation and implement corrective actions with partners.
• Translate product requirements into repeatable manufacturing processes for development and commercialization.
• Scale manufacturing processes across partners while maintaining product quality and consistency.
• Identify improvements to yield, cost and reliability while balancing quality constraints.
• Support supplier negotiations and manage partner relationships with business reviews and follow-through.
• Track manufacturing metrics and use data to drive performance improvements.
