Qualifications

• Seven or more years of contract review and negotiation experience in architecture, engineering, construction, or construction technology services.
• Experience drafting redlines and negotiating professional-services agreements with client legal teams.
• Strong knowledge of indemnity, defense, liability limits, insurance, IP, and payment protections.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate client, GC, subconsultant, and vendor agreements and amendments.
• Negotiate with client and contractor legal teams to resolve terms.
• Align subconsultant agreements with client obligations.
• Manage approvals, execution, and records for contracts.
