Job summary

Pacvue is seeking an Associate Contracts Manager to own our contract workflow from start to finish. You’ll oversee incoming contracts from the sales team, apply standard terms, and coordinate with Legal and Sales to keep deals moving efficiently.

In this remote role based in the United States, you’ll negotiate terms within our framework, build templates and templates, and help scale our contracting processes as Pacvue grows. Strong legal knowledge and stellar communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, law, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of contract law, risk assessment, and negotiation principles.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment balancing efficiency with compliance.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while escalating when needed.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming contracts and assess against standard terms and risk tolerance.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and conditions within our framework.
• Maintain and organize the contract management system and templates.
• Develop scalable contract workflows and playbooks for the team.
• Collaborate with Legal, Sales, and Finance to ensure smooth processes.
• Escalate non-standard contracts for senior leadership review with rationale.
