Ladders is seeking a Senior Contract Manager - FSP to join our team in pharmaceuticals & biotech. The role leads site contract management for global clinical trial activities, focusing on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements while keeping study timelines, budgets, and obligations aligned.

You will partner with study teams, sponsors, sites, and stakeholders to resolve complex contractual issues and keep work moving across regions.

Formación

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years drafting and negotiating clinical trial agreements and vendor contracts.
• Experience leading interactions with institutions across the US, Europe, and APAC.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Contract Manager - FSP to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will lead site contract management efforts supporting clinical trial activity within a global research environment. The position focuses on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements while helping ensure study timelines, site budgets, and contract obligations stay aligned. You will partner closely with study teams, sponsors, sites, and other stakeholders to resolve complex contractual issues and keep work moving efficiently across regions.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $110,700 – $166,100 annually
