Job summary

PTR Global is seeking a Senior Contract Manager to join its Global Investment Solutions (GIS) Strategy & Execution organization. You will own drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing, renewing, and ongoing management of commercial agreements across investment operations, data, technology, fund administration, and staff augmentation.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in commercial contract management, procurement, or contracts-focused legal work.
• Experience owning MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, data privacy/data processing agreements and information security terms.
• Experience within an investment manager, funds administrator, or similar financial services environment.
• Strong vendor negotiation experience on liability, indemnification, data handling, termination, service levels and credits.
• Ability to translate contractual requirements into clear business language for stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of concurrent agreements and deadlines.
• Experience using CLM platforms and contract repositories.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business/legal fields.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage third-party commercial agreements (MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, orders, amendments).
• Negotiate key terms: liability, indemnification, data handling, termination, service credits, pricing.
• Collaborate with business owners to translate requirements and risks into practical terms.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Legal, Risk, Information Security, and Privacy teams to approvals.
• Manage new contracts and renewals with a forward-looking calendar.
• Resolve service disputes, scope disagreements, and invoicing issues.
• Maintain contract records, amendments, renewal dates, and milestones.
• Monitor licenses, data feeds, redistribution rights, user counts, and pricing tiers.
• Prepare negotiation positions for renewals and brief leadership.
• Manage deadlines supporting live investment activities and NAV processes.
