Job summary

Global Payments is hiring a senior contract manager to own the contract lifecycle, assess risk and lead negotiations with clients and vendors across our global payments platform.

You will influence senior leadership, shape contract strategy, and drive improvements in processes and templates to reduce risk while supporting growth. A strong background in contract management and legal operations is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience in contract management, legal operations or related field.
• 3 to 4 years of supervisory experience, with ability to lead teams through complex work.
• Strong contractual and commercial judgment to interpret terms and drive business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the contract lifecycle: drafting, reviewing and approving legal documents reflecting negotiated terms.
• Drive commercial and contractual risk management by assessing agreements and providing clear guidance.
• Lead negotiations and client relationships as strategic contract liaison with clients and vendors.
• Influence senior leadership by translating complex terms into actionable recommendations.
