Emprise Bank is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee high‑value contracts across the lifecycle, coordinating drafts, negotiations, and renewals with internal teams and external vendors.

You will maintain the contract repository, ensure compliance, assess risks, and advise on terms and actions to support business goals in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of contract administration/management experience in banking or regulated industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; certifications are a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial, technology, and vendor contracts.
• Proven track record managing high-value and complex agreements.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts through full lifecycle: drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing, renewing, and terminating third-party agreements.
• Maintain contract repository with version control, compliance tracking, and audit readiness.
• Serve as primary contact for contractual matters with external vendors and partners.
• Coordinate negotiations between external parties and internal stakeholders to support timely execution.
• Act as strategic partner to legal, procurement, technology, finance, and business teams.
• Evaluate risks and advise on contract structure, terms, and negotiation strategies.
• Independently resolve routine to moderately complex contractual issues within policies.
• Drive improvements to templates, workflows, and governance frameworks; escalate high-risk matters as needed.
