Emprise Bank is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee high‑value contracts through their full lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and risk controls.

The role serves as the primary liaison between internal teams and external vendors, coordinating negotiations, drafting, execution, renewals, and ongoing governance with a focus on process improvements and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in contract administration or management in banking or regulated industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field; professional certifications are a plus.
• Experience with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts through full lifecycle: drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing, renewing.
• Maintain contract repository with version control and audit readiness.
• Primary point of contact for contractual matters with external vendors/partners.
• Coordinate negotiations between external parties and internal stakeholders.
• Advise on contract risks and negotiation strategies to stakeholders.
• Resolve routine to moderately complex contractual issues within policies.
• Suggest improvements to templates, workflows, and governance frameworks.
• Escalate high‑risk or highly complex matters when needed.
