Job summary

Capital One seeks a Senior Associate, Contract Manager to join the Enterprise Supplier Management (ESM) team. You will draft, negotiate and manage third-party agreements, coordinating with legal, compliance and business units to ensure risk is mitigated and business value is maximized.

You will partner with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced procurement environment, driving deals to completion while adhering to Capital One contracting standards and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Military experience.
• Juris Doctorate or at least 1 year of contract drafting, evaluation, negotiation and execution.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and/or redlining contracts to protect Capital One from risk.
• Effectively negotiate with suppliers to meet contracting standards and objectives.
• Proactively manage transactions to completion and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Communicate with internal leadership, legal, compliance and data security groups to assess material risks.
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Supplier Management team and other stakeholders as needed.
