Qualifications

• BS/BA required; degree in Business, Law, Finance, or Sales & Marketing preferred.
• 8+ years experience in Contracting & Pricing or related business within J&J or medical devices.
• Strong organizational and time management skills in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end contract execution and compliance across JJMT Surgery.
• Direct and mentor Contract Management Managers and Lead Analysts.
• Develop negotiation strategies and drive favorable commercial outcomes.
• Ensure governance, risk management, and financial discipline across contracts.
