Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Senior Manager, Contract Management to lead end-to-end contracting across the Surgery portfolio, including robotics and digital surgery. This hybrid role supports multiple sites and partners with Finance, Legal, and Offer Development to ensure compliant, value-driven agreements.

You will guide teams in contract strategy, pricing, and negotiations, while driving modernization through GenAI and data-enabled processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• BS/BA required; degree in Business, Law, Finance, or Sales & Marketing preferred.
• 8+ years in Contracting & Pricing or related roles within J&J or medical devices.
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams and manage senior stakeholders.
• Experience with sales contracting, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end contract execution and compliance for JJ MedTech Surgery portfolio.
• Develop strategies for offers, launches, and pricing programs with templates and system setups.
• Ensure alignment with CPC governance and pricing approvals; manage risk and compliance.
• Provide leadership to Contract Management teams and drive GenAI-enabled process improvements.
