Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience at the GS-12 level or equivalent.
• COR II certification required within 6 months of appointment.
• Experience directing staff and coordinating contracts.

Responsibilities

• Directs COR staff across multiple contracts and ensures program goals.
• Serves as COR or technical project leader on major contracts.
• Collaborates with ASD Chief and COR branch on day-to-day activities.
• Develops statements of work and cost estimates for acquisitions.
• Analyzes management controls and implements efficiency improvements.
